Twentieth century orthopedic adjustable screw clamps. Both of these devices have the initials "S. J. H." engraved on them. The first clamp is made of stainless steel, at the top of the device has a handle could turn to adjust the size of the clamp. Engraved on the side of the apparatus has a ruler that measures in inches; it goes from 0–6 inches. The second clamp has a screw on the second handle that is adjustable.
