Description / History:
Twentieth century C. S. Osborne & Company spring punch model no. 10 and two Friedman Counter Splints. The spring punch is used to punch a hole through the toddler's shoes and the splint would connect both shoes together. The splint is intended to treat internal tibial torsions in infants and kids.
