Also known as a lumbar and cervical impactor, the Graft Driver is a surgical instrument that is often used in neurosurgical procedures. The instrument is used to manipulate the lumbar and cervical vertebrae. This twentieth century instrument has "#7–054 UN" hand engraved on the handle. The handle on this instrument has inserted grooves that prevent slipping.
