Late 19th to early 20th century hard rubber air bag with curved metal nozzle.
Used on the ear.

The metal end of the nozzle is place in the tube containing the medication being administered into the ear canal. The air bag is then squeezed forcing air into the tube, forcing the medication into the ear canal.
