Model 15–RD Glass Atomizer with Metal Top with Plastisol Bulb

The Model 15 Devilbiss Atomizer offers one of the most consistent sprays for aqueous or viscous solutions. The adjustable tip helps direct the fine spray precisely where needed, and the all–metal top is autoclavable.

Dr. Allen DeVilbiss invented the first atomizer in the late 1880's. In order to help his patients breathe more freely, Dr. DeVilbiss tried harder, worked smarter and became an innovator dedicated to the quality of design and its impact on the quality of life. He would tinker around in his backyard woodshed until just the right tool was perfected.

To manufacture the device, Dr. DeVilbiss formed an individual proprietorship known as The DeVilbiss Manufacturing Company in Toledo, OH. A century later the company, then DeVilbiss Health Care, was acquired by Eagle Industries.

An atomizer, or nebulizer, is a device used to administer medication in the form of a mist inhaled into the lungs
