The Three Bromides, Effervescent white tablets were used as a sedative. One tablet was dissolved in a half glass of water and drank to induce sedation. Only used for adults, never administered to children. Excessive disage or prolonged use in some cases, led to skin rashes and mental disturbances. The tablets were distrubuted as white stacked tablets in a cylindrical clear glass tube with a cork stopper.
