Artifact Donations

As we are currently limited on collection storage space, the Lancaster Medical Heritage Museum cannot accept every donation. In order to best serve our mission to preserve and make accessible the rich heritage of the healing arts in Lancaster county, all donations are reviewed by the museum’s collections committee and assessed based on the museum’s collection policy. In order to best review your donation, please fill out the following form.

Please include color photographs of the item(s).

* The Lancaster Medical Heritage Museum is a 501(c)(3) organization. Your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your generous donation.
