Visiting the Museum

Although we have a growing virtual museum, many of our artifacts cannot be depicted well virtually. The best way to see our collection is in person.

We are currently located in the Flory Building located at 410 N. Lime Street, Lancaster! Our Main Entrance is directly Across from the US Gas Station on the corner of Lemon and Lime Streets in Lancaster PA. when you enter, go down the steps to the basement and through the double doors.

The museum is wheelchair accessible via a ramp and an elevator on the left hand side.

The museum is a safe space and welcomes all!

Admission Fee:

Beginning January 4, 2023:

• General Admission: $8
• Children under 3: Free
• Anyone with a Penn Medicine LGH Badge: Free

Hours of Operation:

• Tuesday – by appointment only.

• Wednesday – Saturday: 11am – 3pm
• Closed the first Saturday of the Month

Museum Closed on the following days:

• New Years Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Years Eve
