Twentieth century surgical device. There are two backhaus towel clamps attached to this surgical gadget. The hinge of each Sklar backhaus towel clamp is welded to a metal apparatus that leads to an adjustable metal bar. The backhaus towel clamp has curved beak with sharp tips that can overlap when the test ratchet is closed. This instrument is used to hold tissue, small bones, or towels.
