Description / History:
Twentieth century stainless steel Sklar babcock forcep used to hold tissue during intestinal and laparotomy operations. This instrument has finger ring handles with a test ratchet. The beak is wide and rounded with grooves on the inside. The tip of the instrument does not touch when the handles are closed with the ratchet locked.
