Description / History:
Late twentieth century stainless steel artery forcep manufactured by Sklar Company. There are six artery forceps in total, all instruments have a curved beak with finger ring handle, but only five forceps have "L.G.H. OR" hand engraved on the neck. The purpose of these forceps is to hold and compress an artery during ligation. They can also be used to clasp delicate tissues and sutures.
