Description / History:
Two metal hand held scales patented on February 13,1912. When doctor's traveled to deliver babies at home they would carry these small scales with them to determine the newborn's weight. The only other marking is on the smaller of the two scales: Made in USA. There are no manufacturer's marking on the scales so the manufacturer remains unknown.
