Description / History:
This cast iron scale with brass trays was used by the Lancaster Drug Company, founded in 1907 by David L. Harnish as indicated by a brass commemorative plaque on the fromt of the scale. There are no manufacturer's markings on the scale so it's manufacturer remains unknown. Molded into the base is "No. 4". Additionally, there are four circular iron weights included with the scale; each marked with their weight.
