Description / History:
This Iodoform formulation was made and distributed by J.A. Miller of Lancaster, PA. Iodoform was used as a healing and antiseptic dressing for wounds and sores, and was occasionally used as a disinfectant. The iodoform was stored and sold in mouth–blown clear glass jars topped with a cork stopper.
