Description / History:
This balance pharmacy scale has a brass body with a white marble base. This white marble base with brass scale was a popular style manudactured in the late 19th century to early 20th century. The brass body can adjust height away from base and contains a gauge on top to indicate when the weight is even. There are no manufacturer's marks on the scale so the manufacturer remains unknown.
